Covers

Covers begin the storytelling process. Teamwork makes a magazine. Editors, designers and experts in cooking, crafting and gardening collaborate with photographers and writers to create each story. According to Julie Lasky “luminous photos and restrained typography portrayed the domestic arts as anything but quaint or dowdy. They were the lyrical expression of one’s highest self.”
